Be your best

Be your best.
That's the best you can ask of yourself
and that's the best anyone else can ask of you.

"Make the most of yourself,
for that is all there is of you."

Make your own decisions

It's always nice to hear other people's points of views and opinions (well mostly) and sometimes it's good to get advice from other people.

However, I encourage you to ultimately make your own decisions.  To trust yourself to make the right decisions.

Whilst today's not a hypnosis spotlight post I do want to share this link for a download.  (affiliate link) Trust Yourself

I want you to trust yourself and trust your own judgement.

Affirmation: I trust my own judgement and can easily make my own decisions.

Quick tip; Stop judging other people

Seriously, stop it. If you're someone who judges other people regularly stop it.  It's no good for you.

Let me give you an example.

Lucy worries about what other people with think of how she looks every time she goes out.

After every social event, Lucy can be heard saying things like "Did you see... she looked awful in that dress" or "Did you see the size of... he was massive."

If you don't want people to judge you, then don't do it to others.

As a life coach, I see this happening with people who have low self-esteem a lot.

People who don't judge in this way, rarely worry about what others think about them.  They don't do it, so they assume that others don't either.

SHIFT YOUR FOCUS: Focus and talk about the positives about other people.  Mention how nice a person was or how pretty you though someone's dress was.

It's a positive and nice habit to get into.

Affirmation Spotlight - I am enough

This is a super powerful affirmation that I use and I recommend to many of my coaching clients.

I know through my work as a life coach since 2009 that many people have a deep down belief that they are not enough, and this kind of belief really impacts our life, especially when we are trying to make positive changes
and achieve goals.

I recommend the affirmation I AM ENOUGH

Repeat it, repeat it, repeat it until it starts to feel true for you.

Every time something goes well, say it.

Also, say it when things feel like a struggle.

Give it a go and see what happens.

Best wishes.  YOU are enough.

Quick Tip: Social media users, please don't do this.

Okay, today I have a social media warning.

So often the topic of social media comes up with my coaching clients.  They feel that other people have a better life or better business etc than they do.

I ask why they think this and they tell me, they see what these people post on Facebook (or other social media sites).

So here's what I want to say today.

DO NOT judge yourself, your life or your business against what other people post on Facebook.

Honestly, I've seen people in restaurants looking absolutely miserable and even sometimes clearly arguing with the person they are out with, then I've seen the "Wow, had an amazing night out with ... tonight."

That's not to say everyone is doing this on social media.

I'm just saying, it's not something to judge yourself against.

Decide who you want to be and work on achieving that instead.

Best wishes, have a great day and subscribe for daily quick tips below.
