Seriously, stop it. If you're someone who judges other people regularly stop it. It's no good for you.
Let me give you an example.
Lucy worries about what other people with think of how she looks every time she goes out.
After every social event, Lucy can be heard saying things like "Did you see... she looked awful in that dress" or "Did you see the size of... he was massive."
If you don't want people to judge you, then don't do it to others.
As a life coach, I see this happening with people who have low self-esteem a lot.
People who don't judge in this way, rarely worry about what others think about them. They don't do it, so they assume that others don't either.
SHIFT YOUR FOCUS: Focus and talk about the positives about other people. Mention how nice a person was or how pretty you though someone's dress was.
It's a positive and nice habit to get into.
