Here's what I've learned through years of coaching people and observing people. If you tend to judhe other people in a particular way, you also tend to think people are judging you.
Here's an example. Before every party Jennifer worries herself silly about what other people will think of her, especially what she looks like to the point that she often doesn't enjoy the event.
Afterwards, she always comments in a negative way about at least one person "Well did you see the state of ..."
There's no wonder she thinks other people might be putting her down because she does it all the time.
So my top tip for you is to really think about whether you do this in any part of your life.
Give it a go and see what happens.
