Quick Tip: Plan ahead for the next day

Planning ahead for the next day has got to be one of my best tips that I can give you.

From planning what you're going to wear to having your goals for the day written down, if you get on top of this, it will really make a difference to your life.


  • I definitely encourage you to get yourself a good evening routine and plan things like what you will wear the next day, what you need in your bag...
  • Plan your meal for the next day, down to taking out anything that needs to defrost.
  • Write your Goals and to-do list down for the next day.
  • Check your diary and calendar.
  • Plan things with other family members so that you all know what's going on and when.
