Quick Tip: Be aware of what you say to yourself

Today I want to talk about the way you speak to yourself, specifically how you speak to yourself when you see yourself in the mirror or catch your reflection in a shop window.

Is it positive or negative?

What I want you to do over the next 7 days is just be aware of what you're saying to yourself and about yourself.

What you say to yourself really does matter.  There's a saying "If someone tells you something enough times, you'll start to believe it's true." I believe this is completely true.
