Try these three tips
- Take a few nice, long and deep breaths. This is so simple, yet incredibly effective.
- Write out what's on your mind and let go - If you still have a lot of things your thinking about connected with your work, write them down, then fold up the paper and pop it in your work bag or office, then let go. This sounds simple but this is really powerful.
- Get some exercise - It doesn't have to be the gym or an official exercise class or anything like that. Pop some upbeat music on and have a dance around your home.
- Try some meditation. You can go onto YouTube and find a relaxation medition you like.
