Quick Tip: 5 Tips to spring clean your life

Here are my top 5 tips for spring clean your life.


  1. Clean up your emails and social media accounts.  Both are huge time drainers for most of us.  Take 10 minutes a day to clean them up for the next few days.
  2. Sping clean your social life.  What do you really want to do and what do you feel you should do?  It may be that you've grown out of something or someone and you spend time doing things out of habit or feeling you should. 
  3. Sping clean your morning routine - Your morning routine is key to having a great day.  Think about how you can simplify your morning routine so that you have a brilliant start to the day, EVERY day.
  4. Get a good bedtime routine in place.  When you have a good bedtime routine, you set yourself up for a really good night sleep and that will make the world of difference the next day.
  5. Clean up your eating habits and wellbeing habits.  We all know that the way we treat our body has a massive impact on how we feel.  Just try to make small changes to be healthier and fiter every day.
