I'm sure you've all heard the 5 a day fruit and veg advise. Some health organisations even recommend 7+ but are we following this advice?
So my tip for today is to add fruit and veg to every single meal as well as snacking on it in between meals.
Some ideas.
Breakfast
Fruit juice
Berries over your yoghurt
Mushrooms with your bacon and eggs
Grilled tomatoes
Chopped up fruit salad
For other meals add a side salad, add veggies, eat a piece of fruit for your dessert.
You can also boost your intake with veggies soups.
If you add just 1 piece of fruit or veg to each meal based on 3 meals a day, that's 3 already but there's no need to just add 1.
