Good health tip: Morning Water

One of my best morning habits is to drink a big glass of water when I get up.  It's the first thing I do when I go downstairs.

I try to drink around 1.5 litres of water each day.

Drinking a big glass first thing in the morning goes a long way to meeting that goal.

Lots of people advise adding a squeeze of fresh lemon.

I do this if I feel I need an energy boost or if I've had a spell of eating not so healthy.

Water helps keep you energized, feeling fuller for longer and it's also said to help with weight loss.

Give it a go and see if you notice a difference.
