My tip today is to keep a Gratitude Journal. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a simple notebook.
Every day write down 3 (or more) things that you are grateful for specific to that day.
So probably not I'm grateful for my family
Instead you might add I'm grateful that my sister called around to see me this afternoon or I'm grateful that my son was so thoughtful today when...
I wholeheartedly believe that gratitude is a super power.

The more you focus on what you're already grateful for, the easier it will be to attract more of the things you want.
