Quick Tip: Have courage

Today I want to share a quote from Winston Churchill.

Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.

I want to encourage you to think about these words today.  Do you need to work on courage in your life or maybe in your business?

For me personally, it's the listening in my personal life that I need to work on.  I'm a big talker and I have to remind myself that sometimes I just need to sit down and listen, really listen.
