What meals to cook stressing you out? Try this.

Meal planning has definitely been a life saver for me but what happens if you just can't think of what to serve up for your family each night.

When I was a kid, Friday night was fish and chips night.  Not the healthiest of meals I know, but hey we loved it.  The chip van came around on a Friday night and it was a real treat.

We knew on that night exactly what we were having.  It was also a roast on a Sunday and a leftovers day somewhere along the way.

So why not take this idea for yourself and go.

Maybe something like this.

Monday - Fish
Tuesday - Chicken
Wednesday - Mince
Thursday - Pork
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Pasta/veggie dish
Sunday - Roast dinner

I personally do  something along these lines and it just makes life so much easier.  Give it a go and see if it works for you.
